Toby Goodman practiced Law for 47 years prior to his death in 2021. He was the founding member of Goodman & Clark which has existed since 1989. He served in the Texas Legislature as a State Representative for District 93 from 1991 through 2007. While in the Legislature, he was significantly involved in Family Law Legislation.
